With the client’s insistence on retaining their iconic lightning bolt and original color palette, we focused on evolving the brand in a way that felt fresh yet familiar. The lightning bolt was refined to embody strength and resilience, a subtle nod to their history of dependable service. The brand’s blue and yellow tones were updated with a contemporary edge, balancing tradition with progress. Typography choices reflect a bold, knowledgeable voice, while the overall design remains approachable and trustworthy. Stormate’s original logo, with its lightning bolt and blue-and-yellow palette, symbolized strength for over 30 years. However, as the brand grew, the identity began to feel outdated, needing a modern refresh to align with its progressive and resilient future. While retaining key elements for brand recognition, the rebrand refined these features into a more contemporary and approachable identity.
